Question 118083
This is an example of the following rule:
{{{(a^b)^c = a^(b*c)}}}
This is easily demonstrated.
Suppose {{{a=3}}}, {{{b=4}}}, {{{c=5}}}, then
{{{(a^b)^c = a^(b*c)}}}
{{{(3^4)^5 = 3^(4*5)}}}
{{{(3^4)^5 = (3^4)*(3^4)*(3^4)*(3^4)*(3^4)}}}
{{{3^4 = 3*3*3*3}}}
{{{(3^4)^5 = (3*3*3*3)*(3*3*3*3)*(3*3*3*3)*(3*3*3*3)*(3*3*3*3)}}}
This is the same as {{{3^20 = 3^(4*5)}}}
The problem is
{{{P((1 + r)^2)^3 = P(1 + r)^6}}} which I just showed
is true by analogy
