The answer in the post by @lwsshak3 is not precisely correct/accurate.


He correctly determined the zeros: they are 0, -4 and 5.


But when @leshak3 says that the multiplicity is 1 (one) for all three zeros,
this is wrong.


Multiplicity is 2 for the root 0 and 1 for both roots -4 and 5.
