In case you are looking for something else,  you could use {{{(6/2)^2=3^2=9}}} to complete the square.


{{{x^2+6x+9-1-9}}}

{{{x^2+6x+9-10}}}

{{{(x+3)^2-10}}}

so function is {{{f(x)=(x+3)^2-10}}}.
This is not "Standard Form".
