A kite of area 40 cm(squared) has one diagonal 2m longer than the other. 
Find the lengths of the diagonals.

As I read this problem and its solution in the post by @mananth, I have two notices.



First, I think that 2m (two meters) in the condition is an error/typo,
and 2 cm is expected here, according to common sense.


Second, formally, the solution by @mananth does not correspond to what is
formally written in the problem's formulation, since @mananth uses the difference
of 2 centimeters between the diagonals instead of the given 2 meters.
