I recommend using Desmos or GeoGebra to plot the point (-8,-9)
GeoGebra is probably the better option for this case.


After plotting that point, plot another point anywhere you want. Call this point B and the first point A.


If point A is fixed or stuck in place, but point B moves wherever it wants, you should see that infinitely many equations are possible for line AB.
