The current (I) in an electric circuit is inversely proportional to the resistance (R).
I varies INVERSELY as R
That is:  I = k/R
I = .2amp when R = 10ohms
  .2amp = k/ 10ohms,  k = .2amps•10ohms = 2amps•ohms
find R when I = 1.2amp 
      I = k/R  0r  R = k/I
                   R = (2amps•ohms)/(1.2amps) = 1 2/3 ohms
