not much more you can do without knowing the ENTIRE problem description and question.

Make your drawing and do the labeling of the parts.
If y for rectangle length, then  based on perimeter information, you find 2x-1 is also HALF the rectangle's perimeter.    WIDTH of this rectangle is 2x-1-y.

You already have enough to answer the question yourself.  Just label the parts of the diagram with the worked-out information.  You MUST already understand the meaning of "Perimeter" and you MUST already know what is a rectangle and a pentagon.
