&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;the composer is &amp;nbsp;UNFAMILIAR &amp;nbsp;with this class of problems
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;and does not know how to formulate them correctly.

&lt;U&gt;My response&lt;/U&gt; : &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If it is assumed, &amp;nbsp;then it should be &amp;nbsp;DECLARED &amp;nbsp; in the problem.

Otherwise, &amp;nbsp;a reader does not know about your assumptions . . .
