Question 1185947
<pre>
I think all the triangles are congruent. Here's the chain of reasoning:

A ≅ E by ASA (thus corresponding hypotenuses and corresponding vertical legs are equal length)

E ≅ C    by HL

C ≅ D    by SSS

D ≅ B    by SSS

Thus  A ≅ E ≅ C ≅ D ≅ B,  unless I missed something.

To the other tutor, I think the x on B just implies the triangles are 90-45-45.

------
C ≅ D: Look at C, it is congruent to A (because C ≅ E, and E ≅ A, we can directly write C ≅ A), thus the vertical leg of C can be drawn with a single tick mark. Now C and D can be seen to have all three corresponding sides of equal length.
