Regarding parts &amp;nbsp;1), &amp;nbsp;2), &amp;nbsp;3),  &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I do not see any realistic reason 

why any ordinary student can not do it on his &amp;nbsp;(or her) &amp;nbsp;own.



The only explanation which comes to my mind is that this person does not want to make his &amp;nbsp;(or her) &amp;nbsp;work, &amp;nbsp;at all,

and wants the tutors perform his &amp;nbsp;(or her) &amp;nbsp;duties.



My view is that such attempts should be &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;{{{highlight(suppressed)}}} &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;immediately&lt;/U&gt; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;at this forum&lt;/U&gt; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;at first appearance&lt;/U&gt;.
