How much energy in Cal does it take to completely boil 1.70 kg of water at 23oC?

"To completely boil water"  is incorrect ( = nonsensical = ) combination of  Physics terms/words/notions.


The correct formulation could // would be 



            "How much energy in calories does it take to heat up 1.70 kg of water from  23°C to the boiling temperature? "



Or,  if you mean something different,  then express this different in other correct terms.



The appropriate words are  "vaporize",  "to convert to steam"  etc., depending on what you want to express . . . 



To come to the forum with such formulation as in this post is the same as to come to a city square 

keeping in your hands a placard with inscription written in  CAPITAL  LETTERS
