If you were in a hurry to get an answer, then you should have followed the instructions about posting which say you need to show the work you have done and tell us what it is about the problem you are having trouble with. For side AB, you have A(4,5) and B(14,10).  The difference in the x coordinates is 10; the difference in the y coordinates is 5.  That makes the slope of AB 5/10=1/2 and the length of AB sqrt(10^2+5^2) = sqrt(125).<br>
Do the same kinds of calculations for the other three sides of the garden.<br>
Then to answer the question about the shape of the garden, it might help also to find the slopes of the two diagonals AC and BD.<br>
