Ambiguous description.<br>
We know A is the common point of the two secants TA and HA.<br>
Then we know that (apparently?) L and E are the points where the two secants intersect the circle.  But we don't know which of those points is on which secant.<br>
Note in coming to that conclusion about the statement of the problem, I already assumed L and E are points on the two secants.  The statement of the problem says nothing about that; those two points could be anywhere....<br>
If you want help with your problems, you need to make sure your statement of the problem provides enough information to know exactly what the problem is.<br>
