Question 109881

{{{Z/(Z+3)= 3Z/(5Z-1)}}}……. I guess you need {{{Z+3}}} and {{{5Z-1}}} to be denominators; therefore, you need parenthesis ( )
It also might be that you need {{{5(Z-1)}}} instead of {{{5Z-1}}}

If you need to write {{{Z+3}}} and {{{5Z-1}}}, then we will have:

{{{Z/(Z+3)= 3Z/(5Z-1)}}}…….divide both sides by {{{Z}}}

{{{1/(Z+3)= 3/(5Z-1)}}}…….move {{{3/(5Z-1)}}} to the left

{{{1/(Z+3) - 3/(5Z-1) = 0}}}…….now Least Common Denominator

{{{(1(5Z-1) - 3 (Z+3)) /(5Z-1)(Z+3) = 0}}}…….

{{{(5Z-1 - 3 Z-9)) /(5Z-1)(Z+3) = 0}}}…….

{{{(2Z -10) /(5Z-1)(Z+3) = 0}}}…….

{{{(2(Z - 5)) /(5Z-1)(Z+3) = 0}}}…….

If you need to write {{{Z+3}}} and {{{5(Z-1)}}}, then we will have:

{{{Z/(Z+3)= 3Z/5(Z-1)}}}…….divide both sides by {{{Z}}}

{{{1/(Z+3)= 3/5(Z-1)}}}…….move {{{3/(5Z-1)}}} to the left

{{{1/(Z+3) - 3/5(Z-1) = 0}}}…….now Least Common Denominator

{{{(1(5Z-1) - 3 (Z+3)) /5(Z-1)(Z+3) = 0}}}…….

{{{(5Z-1 - 3 Z-9)) /5(Z-1)(Z+3) = 0}}}…….

{{{(2Z -10) /5(Z-1)(Z+3) = 0}}}…….

{{{(2(Z - 5)) /5(Z-1)(Z+3) = 0}}}…….
