Hi,
 y = -sqrt(x+2) - 4
Finding the Inverse (switching x for y)
 x = -sqrt(y+2) - 4
& Solving for y to finish it Up
 sqrt(y+2) =x -4   |Square both Sides
   y+2 = (x-4)(x-4)
   y + 2 = x^2 + 8x + 16
   y = x^2 + 8x + 14  for
