They are not defined anywhere in your post, &amp;nbsp;making it non-sensical.


If you mean  &amp;nbsp;&quot;a&quot; &amp;nbsp;and &amp;nbsp;&quot;b&quot; &amp;nbsp;as linear binomials, &amp;nbsp;then they &amp;nbsp;ALWAYS &amp;nbsp;are coprime as polynomials, &amp;nbsp;until they coincide.
