I just answered this post this night.


The answer is: &amp;nbsp;the daughter is &amp;nbsp;2 &amp;nbsp;years; &amp;nbsp;the mother is &amp;nbsp;8 &amp;nbsp;years.


Since this answer &amp;nbsp;(and the problem itself, &amp;nbsp;in whole) &amp;nbsp;is absurdist, &amp;nbsp;I said that this problem is &amp;nbsp;&quot;idiotic&quot;.
