If you mean *[tex \Large h] as a horizontal translation, then *[tex \Large h\ >\ 0] translates the graph to the right and *[tex \Large h\ <\ 0] translates the graph to the left.


The way you posed this question demonstrates that you did not read the instructions for posting and that you have little or no respect for the tutors on this site that work to help you for free.
