It's rather curious that the budget is "to be split evenly among the various offices", yet one of those offices gets twice as much as each of the others....<br>
If x is the number of offices, then the budget of P90,000 needs to be split into x+1 equal parts -- one for each office, plus one more for the office that gets two shares.  So the amount each of the other offices gets is {{{P90000/(x+1)}}}<br>
So then if there are 5 offices, the amount the other offices get is {{{p90000/6 = P15000}}}<br>
