~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How this problem is worded,  it  MAKES no SENSE,  and I will explain it right now.
    1.  When the post says " . . . after a 65% increase . . . ",
        it MUST say  comparing with WHAT  this increase is measured.
    2.  Also, for your info, a year consists of 12 months, but in the problem  I see the numbers "4 months" and "9 months".
        The sum of 9 and 4 is not 12.
Therefore,  this post,  as it is worded,  formulated,  printed,  submitted and presented,  is  NOT  a  Math problem.
It is a  FAKE.
Good only to throw it to the  GARBAGE  BOX.
Have a nice day  (!)
