please notice that the Boyle's law relates to the gas in the closed cavity 

    (when the mass of the gas is a constant value in the experiment (!) )


and the Boyle's law states that the pressure of the gas in the cavity is INVERSELY proportional 
to the gas volume under the given condition.



The posted problem consider varying mass of the gas in the balloon.

So, it is totally different situation from that which is considered in the Boyle's law.



The posted problem is formulated EXTREMELY unprofessionally --- it is why I didn't even try to answer it.  



It is out of any known Physics/Chemistry gas laws --- it is simply some formal fictitious  Math  (NOT PHYSICS (!) ) situation,

and I do not recommend to any of tutors to answer this GIBBERISH --- this quasy-mathematical exercise/fantasy  doesn't deserves any attention.

When you hear from somebody "volume of gas is proportional to the pressure",

close your ears and sweep this person away, since he (or she) does understand NOTHING in what he (or she) is saying . . .
