Question 1146887
.

My post here is my reaction to the post by @richwmiller.

1) I was very surprised to see such a text.

Let me say from the very beginning that I, in opposite, consider the tutor @MathTherapy contribution as VERY important and very valuable.

We all make mistakes, sometimes, but every time I am sure that my mistake will be detected and noticed

by very accurate and reliable checker @MathTherapy.

I worked years at respected engineering companies in US on research projects, and it was common practice there that

the leading researcher (first pilot) makes steps ahead, while the second pilot checks every step.

Without such checking, re-checking, doubled checking and cross-checking, no one project could go outside the company to a consumer.

Having @MathTherapy as a potential checker, I can rely on him.

2) Not once and not twice @MathTherapy produced his own solutions.

3) We, the tutors, are just aged persons, and everybody of us can choose his own style and way on how to participate

    and how to contribute.

I think that NOBODY of us is needed on advises on what to do and how to do.

4) Participation by tutor @MathTherapy is even more important, because there are "tutors" (or "tutor") here in the forum,

who contributes NEGATIVELY on the permanent basis, and whose negative "contributions" must be parry on everyday basis.

I hope that everybody among the tutors knows who is this person, so I will not call him by name.

5) My RESUME is as follows:

       - tutor @MathTherapy is very respectful and significant member of our community;

       - his contribution is valuable and is beyond question.

6) There is ONE MORE circumstance: it is the TONE of the @richwmiller post.

My view is that such a tone is NOT ALLOWED in communications between tutors.

Therefore, I propose to @richwmiller to ERASE his post IMMEDIATELY.

In response, I could promise, that, as soon as he ERASES his post, I will erase my.
