Question 1146398

Can't help you. Your equation is ambiguous.

I have to assume that the "x + 1" term in the RHS is supposed to be contained in parentheses, but even given that your equation could be:

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ (x\,+\,3)^{\(\sqrt{2}x\,+\,5\)}\ =\ (x\,+\,3)^{(x\,+\,1)}]

or

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ (x\,+\,3)^{\(\sqrt{2x}\,+\,5\)}\ =\ (x\,+\,3)^{(x\,+\,1)}]

or

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ (x\,+\,3)^{\(\sqrt{2x\,+\,5}\)}\ =\ (x\,+\,3)^{(x\,+\,1)}]

Repost and use parentheses to avoid ambiguity.

My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it
