(1) I don't know what number "▢" is....  If that symbol is not what you typed in your post, then whatever you typed did not survive the trip through cyberspace.<br>
(2) All integer multiples of the square root of 2 are integer multiples of the square root of 2.  (Obvious; but it had to be stated.)  Therefore...<br>
(a) If "▢" is some integer multiple of the square root of 2, then ▢ is the LCM.
(b) If "▢" is ANY other number, then "▢" and the square root of 2 do not have an LCM.
