Question 1135163
Let's say there are 100 adults in the town and 35 of them work for the tourism industry.

The chance of selecting one adult will be 35/100.

The chance of selecting another adult will be 34/99.
(Since we removed one adult already, we need to subtract 1 from both numerator and denominator)

The chance of selecting the third adult will be 33/98.

Probability of three adults being selected:
=(35/100)(34/99)(33/98)
=0.04047619047
