Question 103060
Solve the following quadratic equation by completing the square:
2x^2 + 10x + 11 = 0

2x^2 + 10x = -11

2(x^2+5x+(5/2)^2) = -11 + 2(5/2)^2

2(x+(5/2))^2 = 6/4

(x+(5/2))^2 = 3/4

x+(5/2) = +- [sqrt3]/2

x = [-5+sqrt3]/2 or x = [-5-sqrt3]/2
