Question 1131133
The general quadratic function is
{{{y = ax^2+bx+c}}}
(1) Form 3 equations in a, b, and c using this function and the 3 given (x,y) pairs. For example, one equation, using (x,y) = (-1,10), is {{{10 = a(-1)^2+b(-1)+c}}} or {{{a-b+c=10}}}.
(2) All three equations will have "+c" as the constant term. Choose two pairs of the equations (for example, the first and second as one pair, and the second and third as the other pair) and eliminate the "+c".
(3) That will give you two equations in a and b which you can solve by any method you choose.
(4) Then plug the values of a and b in any one of your three original equations to solve for c.
