Question 1127581
The answer from the other tutor is not right.
A. {{{(sqrt(x))^2 = x}}} squaring and taking a square root are inverse operations
B. {{{sqrt(x)/x = (x^(1/2))/x = x^(-1/2)}}}
C. {{{sqrt(x^2) = abs(x)}}} this is equal to x only if x>0; it is -x for x<0
D. {{{sqrt(-x)}}} can't be simplified
So the answer is only A; C does NOT simplify to "x".
