Sorry, not familiar with the notation:  |P{B}|.  All I can point out is that the enumeration of the set B is {-1,-2}, because the two roots of *[tex \Large x^2\ +\ 3x\ +\ 2\ =\ 0] are *[tex \Large -1] and *[tex \Large -2], which coincidentally happen to be integers.
