Question 1117475
<font face="Times New Roman" size="+2">

Let *[tex \Large x] represent the larger number and let *[tex \Large y] represent the smaller number.

Four times the larger number: *[tex \Large 4x]

Three times the smaller number: *[tex \Large 3y]

Four times the larger number added to three times the smaller number is equal to 26: *[tex \Large 4x\ +\ 3y\ =\ 26]

Similarly:

*[tex \Large 3x\ -\ 2y\ =\ 11]

Solve the 2X2 system of equations for *[tex \Large x] and *[tex \Large y]. Hint: Multiply the first equation by 2 and the second by 3, then solve with the elimination method.

*[tex \LARGE e^{i\pi}\ +\ 1\ =\ 0]
My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it
