Question 1109982
.
A rancher has 2000 m of wire fencing, and he wants to use this to fence off the largest possible area for some of his horses to graze.
In square meters, what is the area?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As it is formulated in the post, the largest area is the circle with the circumference equal to 2000 meters.
But it is not what you really want // (as I suspect).
What you really want is the square, and in order for to get this correct answer, you need to say the word "rectangle" in your condition.
Which you MISSED to say.
