Question 1105519
One form for the equation of a line is y-y0 = m(x-x0)
where m=slope and (x0,y0) is a point through which the line passes

Calculating m is just rise/run or (y1-y0) / (x1-x0)

Here you have m = (10-(-5)) / (-4-(-7)) = 15 / 3 = 5

So now you just need to compare the possible answers to

y-y0 = 5(x-x0) <<<— just keep in mind EITHER point given can be assigned to (x0, y0)

Using (-4,10) : y-10 = 5(x+4)
Using (-7,-5): y+5 = 5(x+7)

Comparing these two equation with the answer choices shows only B and D work.
