Yet another case of two parallel lines forming angles by themselves....!<br>
Are you writing these questions yourself?  Or are you showing them exactly the way they were given to you?<br>
Obviously there is an unstated transversal here....<br>
Angles formed by two parallel lines cut by a transversal are either congruent or supplementary.  If they don't add to 180°, then they must be congruent.  Since the sum of the two angles is 210°, each one must be 105°.
