<br>It is standard when writing inequalities, or when writing answers to inequalities, to put the lower bound on the left and the upper bound on the right.  So the first thing I would do with this example is write it in the reverse order.<br>
{{{-12>-2+5n >= -22}}}  -->  {{{-22 <= 5n-2 < -12}}}<br>
It should be easy from there; add 2 to all three parts of the compound inequality and then divide by 5.
