You may take the sqrt of the numerator and divide it by the square root of the denominator.  
OR
You may reduce the denominator if possible and take the square root of that.  That is not as helpful in this instance.
You can check it numerically by taking the square root on the calculator of 0.5556, which is 0.7454
Then sqrt (5)/3= 2.236/3=0.745
