Question 1091263
<pre><b>
{{{expr(1/3)(9x+27)-4}}}{{{""=""}}}{{{expr(1/2)(2x+54)}}}

You won;t have a hard time if you clear it of fractions first
by multiplying it by the LCD which is the smallest whole number
that both denominators 3 and 2 will both divide evenly into, which
is 6.

So we multiply both sides by 6

{{{6*expr(1/3)(9x+27)-6*4}}}{{{""=""}}}{{{6*expr(1/2)(2x+54)}}}

Then we have

{{{2*(9x+27)-24}}}{{{""=""}}}{{{3*(2x+54)}}}

Now can you finish solving it? If not, tell me about it in the
thank-you note form below and I'll get back to you by email. No
charge ever.
