Question 1087790
Jessie recently drove to visit her parents who live 60 miles away. On her way there her average speed was 9 miles per hour faster than on her way home (she ran into some bad weather). If Jessie spent a total of 3 hours driving, find the two rates.
<pre>{{{highlight_green(matrix(2,3, 45, mph, going, 36, mph, returning))}}}
FYI: The rate going can never, IN A MILLION YEARS, be 4 mph, so TOTALLY IGNORE anyone who says it can be.
I leave that to you to determine why.
