Only knowing the base area of a solid does not give you any information regarding the height of the solid. 
Unless by similar you mean that they are scaled versions of each other.
More information is needed.

If they are scaled versions, then the square root of the ratio of the areas will be the length (and also height) scale factor,
{{{S=sqrt(147/75)}}}
{{{S=1.4}}}
Since the scale factor is not an integer, this may not be the intended solution.
