If I know the radius, I know the perimeter of the circle, which is 2*pi*r.
If I know the minor arc, I subtract that from 360 to get the major arc. I
[major arc/360]* perimeter= the length of the major arc.
I can also take the minor arc/360 and multiply that by the perimeter.  I would subtract that from the perimeter and the rest would be the major arc.
