Question 1072248
i need help with finding the slope of -2 and passes through (3,5)
----------------------------------------------------------------------

You already DO HAVE the slope of {{{-2}}} and therefore do not need to "find" it. A slope does not "pass through" a point.

What you really want is the EQUATION for the line which passes through (3,5) and has slope of {{{-2}}}. This you can find simply by plugging into the point-slope equation form:

{{{y-5=-2(x-3)}}}

Simplify and put into whatever form you want or need.
