Question 1068530
Your graphic is barely readable.
I've edited it here and placed variables where I think they're located.

If I'm incorrect, just move them around.
Use the law of sines,
{{{sin(A)/a=sin(B)/b=sin(C)/c}}}
I think you're looking for angle A (the angle between sides b and c),
{{{sin(A)/4.24=sin(116.57)/9.06}}}
{{{sin(A)=(4.24/9.06)sin(116.57)}}}
{{{sin(A)=0.4184}}}
{{{A=24.74}}}
You can then find C since,
{{{A+B+C=180}}}
{{{24.74+116.57+C=180}}}
{{{C=38.69}}}
You can then use the law of sines again to find {{{c}}}.
