Question 1067592
You should show the work you've done so far, so us tutors will know you are trying, and maybe we could see where you are getting stuck. When it comes to math you can only advance by putting in the effort.

 {{{ -a(2a^2-a+4)-2a(a+3)-1 }}} =
Let's distribute the -a into the first paren's, -2a into the 2nd paren's, taking care to get the signs correct:
{{{ (-2a^3+a^2-4a) + (-2a^2-6a) - 1 }}} = <<< note that -2a(blah) is the same as +(-2a(blah))

Now I will remove the parenthesis:
{{{ -2a^3 + a^2 - 4a - 2a^2 - 6a - 1 }}} =

Now you just need to combine like-terms (terms with the same exponent on 'a').
Can you do that?
Feel free to message if you get stuck.
