Question 1067357

please help me solve this
2q-p=-4---------(i)
q-p=-3-----------(ii)
solve for q and p simultaneously
<pre>2q - p = - 4 ------ eq (i)
 q - p = - 3 ------ eq (ii)
SIMPLY subtract eq (ii) from eq (i) to ELIMINATE p and find the value of q, which should be - 1.
Substitute - 1 for q into any of the 2 equations to get the value of p.
That's all....nothing COMPLEX and/or CONFUSING!
