Question 1059895
point-slope formula y-y1=m(x-x1), where m is the slope, and (x1,y1) the point
y+2=(9/14)(x+2)
y+2=(9/14)x+(9/7)
y=(9/14)x-(5/7)
That's slope intercept form
Need all integer coefficients, so multiply everything by 14
14y=9x-10
10=9x-14y
or 9x-14y=10
(-2,-2) should work.  -18+28=10.
That's standard form with x first, all integer coefficients, and the coefficient of the x is positive.
