Question 13269
I'm not at all sure what your problem is. First off, however, you can't do anything within the parentheses, because they are NOT like terms. Do you mean:

{{{3xy*(4+2xy)*6xy^3 }}}. It still doesn't look exactly like most math problems look. Do you have parentheses anywhere else in this problem that I don't have in this? If indeed this is the case, then let's multiply the {{{3xy }}} times the {{{6xy^3}}}to get {{{18(x^2)*( y^4)}}}.

Next take the {{{18x^2y^4}}} times the remaining factor {{{ (4 + 2xy) }}}.
{{{18x^2y^4(4 + 2xy)= 72(x^2)*(y^4) + 36 (x^3)*( y ^5) }}}

If this is NOT the correct statement of your problem, then resubmit the problem and someone will take a look at it for you!
