Question 1058949

One way to write the equation of a straight line is slope-intercept form:

{{{ y = mx + b }}}
where:
m = slope
b = y-intercept  (the point Q tells us b=1 because at x=0, y=1)

Slope, m, is found by "rise over run" or "change in y over change in x":

    m =  (7-1)/(2-0) = 3

So it should be clear now which answer is correct.
