Question 1058861
Formula for slope gives the point-slope equation format.

Any unknown point (x,y) and known point (0,-4) will have slope, if as 1,
{{{1=(y-(-4))/(x-0)}}}
and should be very simple from that.

Notice that the data given for the line will easily let you fill-in the slope intercept form equation, which is same as general form equation, for a line. You are GIVEN the SLOPE and vertical axis INTERCEPT.
{{{y=mx+b}}}
{{{y=1*x+(-4)}}}
{{{y=x-4}}}
