I need to know x.

I tried the following:
(1/3)log[2] x = log 1/1000
log[2] x/3 = log 1/1000
{(log x/3) / (log 2) } = log 1/1000
I'm stuck here, am I doing something wrong?

If it's (1/3)log(2)*x = -3
Then x = -9/log(2) =~ -29.897
