Question 1050237
.
Two circular cylinders have the same altitude. Find the ratio of their volumes if the radius of one cylinder
is 4 times the diameter of the other.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The radius of the larger cylinder is 8 times the radius of the smaller cylinder.
Then the ratio of their volumes (larger to smaller) is {{{8^2}}} = 64.
