Question 1046281
.
Actually this is not a word problem but i badly need your help. This is about PHYSICS and the question is :

Derive the following equation in density or archimedes principle

1. Ps= Wa-Pw / Wa-Ww
where the Pw is the density of water equal to 1 g/cc
Ps is the density of irregularly shaped solid
Ww and Wa is the weight
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
<pre>
The formula "1" as it is written in the post, is incorrect.
The correct writing is
Density of object {{{P[a]}}} = {{{P[w]*(W[a]/(W[a]-W[w]))}}},
where {{{P[w]}}} is density of fluid,
      {{{W[a]}}} is weight,
      {{{W[w]}}} is apparent immersed weight.
See <A HREF=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buoyancy>this </A> Wikipedia article and associated links.
Hope this help.
